EE REPORTED ON 4-19-01 VIA TELEPHONE THAT HE WAS SEEKING MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR CHRONIC BACK PAIN. THE EE CLAIMS THE WHILE PERFORMING NORMAL DUTIES OF SUPPLYING SECTION THE BACK PAIN HE HAD BEE N EXPERIENCING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS GOT WORSE. EE CLAIMS HE WAS MOVING A CABLE REEL BEING DELIVERED WITH A PRYBAR AGRAVATED HIS BACK PAIN. THE CASE WAS RULED COMPENSABLE 4-25-01.
