THE INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS USINGA CHISEL AND A HAMMER TO INSTALL A PIN IN AN AUGER CHARM. WHEN HE STRUCK THE CHISEL WITH THE HAMMER ON THE PIN, THE HAMMER RICOCHETED STRIKING HIS LEFT HAND.
