THE EE WAS OPERATING THE DRILL. WHEN THE DRILL STEEL WOULD NOT BREAK AND HE HAD TO USE A DECK WRENCH TO HELP BREAK THE STEEL APART. WHILE USING THE DECK WRENCH, HE INJURED BACK.
