HE WAS DRAGGING A PIECE OF PIPE WITH RED DEVIL HOIST AND FELT PAIN IN NECK AND SHOULDER. CONTINUED TO HURT OVER THE WEEKEND. CAME BACK TO WORK ON 10-12 AND WHILE LIFTING A PIECE OF METAL HE HU RT IT AGAIN. OFF OF WORK SINCE 10-12-98. HAD THERAPY 3 TIMES AND SEEMS TO MAKE IT WORSE.
