A CREW OF MEN WERE MAKING A BELT MOVE. IN THE PROCESS OF PUTTING THE #3 BELT LINE BACK TOGETHER WITH A STEEL ROPE HOIST, EE WAS STRUCK IN THE LEFT HAND WITH A JACKING BAR. THE BAR SLIPPED OUT OF POSITION CAUSING EE'S FINGERS TO BE SMASHED & THUMB SMASHED & CUT BADLY
