EMPLOYEE WAS OFF WORK DUE TO SICKNESS. EE LATER CAME BACK AND SAID WORKER'S COMP HAD RULED HIM BEING OFF WAS COMPERABLE FROM PULLING ON RACKET, TIGHTENING BOLT ON FINAL DRIVE OF DOZER, HURT RI GHT SIDE. WE THOUGHT HE WAS OFF SICK IS THE REASON FOR LATE REPORT.
