DUE TO EXPLOSION OF PACIFIC ENGINEERING PLANT THE WINDSHIELD OF THE DOZER EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING WAS BLOWN OUT CAUSING FACIAL LASERATION REQUIRING 3 STITCHES OVER LEFT EYE. PLANT IS LOCATED SEVERAL MILES AWAY-ENTIRE COMPLEX EXPLODED.
