Employee was operating a 16G Motor Grader. She was backing up after making a pass. She was looking over her right shoulder when her neck started to hurt. She initially thought it would be OK and didn't want to go to a Dr. On August 14, 2008 she decided to go to the doctor. She was then placed on light duty.
