Went to take wrench of the steel, co-worker hit the lever to tighten the steel not knowing hand or finger was still in there and finger got stuck between the wrench and the rock. Worker developed soreness and started getting worse and worse on the drive home. Was taking the wrench off the steel for the DTH Drill. 2 Fingers got smashed, fractured.

Showing all 3Freeing the wire saw wire, which was pulling. Rock broke off from off the high wall and dropped on the middle of EE's back. Went into doctor and they advised EE to let the swelling go down and EE could return to work with restrictions. Expected light duty until 3/22/21.
Employee was monitoring the water bag and the movement of the loafs when the water bag burst and water hit EE's face. Causing minor eye abrasions.
