While placing a diester insert and attempting to maneuver in place, IP went to grab a tool and as placed right hand along the top railing area to maintain three points of contact, the suspended load shifted as it was shimmied in place, causing load to come down approx. 3-6" on hand, causing lacerations to top of fingers, and comminuted fractures to ring and pinky fingers.

Employee was cutting up some scrap metal when a piece of steel plate had fallen, striking the employee's right foot behind the steel cap on EE's boot. This resulted in a non-displaced fracture of the second metatarsal bone in EE's right foot.
