Employee cut his right hand pinky finger on a roof strap plate while operating the roof bolter.

The employee was installing a canopy jack on the roof bolter. He placed the canopy jack on the front of the roof bolter and the jack slid off and hit him on the right foot and ankle. This caused a bone fracture under his ankle.
