WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DRILL A HOLE IN #3 ENTRY, THE OPERATOR POSITIONED HIMSELF IN SUCH A MANNER THAT WHEN THE DRILL POT WAS LOWERED, IT CAUGHT HIS RIGHT KNEE BETWEEN THE POT & THE BOTTOM.
