HE WAS REMOVING BOLTS TO ALLOW PAN TO COME DOWN WITH AN AIR IMPACT WRENCH. AS HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE THE LAST BOLT THE BELLEY PAN FELL JAMBING HIS HAND AGAINST THE IMPACT WRENCH SPRAINING HIS RIGHT WRIST. THE EMPLOYEE WAS INSTRUCTED AND WARNED TO

HE RECIEVED A 2 ND DEGREE BURN TO ONE INCH AREA ABOVE HIS LEFT ANKLE THE INJURY HAPPENED FROM HOT SLAG WHICH HAD BOUNCED OFF OF EQUIPMENT OF FLOOR WHILE AND THERE EMPLOYEE WAS USING AN AIR ARC ON THE MAINTAINENCE OF A DOZER BLADE. THE SLAG LODGED ON THE TOP OF LEONARD BOOT NEAR HIS ANKLE AREA. HE RECIEVED MEDICAL ATTENTION BEACAUSE OF LOCALIZED SWELLING.
