EMPLOYEE WAS SETTING UP BOLTER IN 2 TO 1 SXUT 50' INBY STATION 708, 3 RIGHT SECITON WHEN EMPLOYEE SAT UP THE CANOPY & FLOOR JACK THE PLAT EHOLDINGTHE CANOPY JACK IN PLACE BROKE OFF, CAUSING TH E CANOPY TO DROP DOWN, STRIKING THE EMPLOYEE ON THE HEAD AND STOVING HIS NECK, XRAYS OK. DR HA DEMPLOYEE TAKE OFF A COUPLE DAYS FOR STRIANED NECK.
