HE WAS TRAMMING THE MINER OUT OF THE #3 ENTRY, HE WAS KNOCKING MUD OUT OF MINER WITH HIS FOOT WHEN THE TRAMMING LEVER GOT STUCK AND FOOT WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE TRAMMING LEVER AND THE MINER.
