WHILE THE MINER OPERATOR (W.H.) WAS BACKING THE MINER OUT OF A BREAK IN FAST FEED HE CAUGHT HIS ANKLE BETWEEN THE MINER SEAT AND A STIFF JACK THAT HAD BEEN SET TO CLOSE TO THE MINER BY A FELLO W EMPLOYEE CAUSING A CRUSHING WOUND TO THE RIGHT ANKLE (NO BONES BROKEN) BRUISING AND SWELLING.
