UPON RETURN WAS TOLD TEST NOT BACK YET & WAS UNSURE OF CAUSE BUT RELEASED EE TO RETURN 5-1. CLAIMS ADJUSTED PHONE 5- & SAID HE & DR. HAD DECIDED SMOKE INHALATION. EE STILL OUT FOR UNRELATED REASON
