INJURED STATED THAT HE WAS RUNNING THE #11 MINER ON #2 UNIT WHEN AN OBJECT FLEW OUT OF THE MINERAND STRUCK INJURED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS NECK CAUSING A 1" LACERATION. HE WENT TO THE DR. AND RECEIVED 4 STICHES.
