EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING UP A PIPE FOR WELDER. APPARENTLY, HE CAUGHT TOO MUCH REFLECTED LIGHT AND HIS POSITION WAS CLOSE TO THE WELDING. HE KNEW NOT TO WATCH THE ARC AND ALSO HE SHOULD HAVE WORN D ARK GOGGLES (WHICH WERE AVAILABLE).
