THE INJURED WAS OPERATING HIS DOZER NEAR THE HIGHWALL WHEN MUD AND ROCK SLID OFF THE BANK AND STRUCK THE DOZER CAUSING THE OPERATOR TO STRIKE HIS HEAD ON THE CANOPY.
