EMPLOYEE WAS RESTING HIS HAND ON A STEEL BEAM ABOVE THE CRUSHER AREA. HE TURNED HIS HEAD FOR A MOMENT AND A ROCK FLEW UP AND SMASHED HIS THUMB WHERE IT WAS RESTING. HIS THUMB WAS SMASHED COMPL ETELY ON THE END AND HE LOST THE END WHRE THE NAIL SHOULD BE.
