THE ROOF BOLTER OPERATOR HAD JUST FINISHED INSTALLING THE FIRST BOLT IN THE NEXT ROW OF BOLTS TO BE INSTALLED. AS THE ROOF BOLTER HELPER LOWERED THE ATRS ON THE BOLTER, A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK AP P. 12"X 12" X 2" SLID OFF OF THE ATRS AND STRUCK THE OPERATOR ON THE LEFT WRIST AND CUTTING IT, REQUIRING STITCHES.
