EE WAS TRAMMING BOLTER INTO HEADING TO PRPARE TOBOLT THE UNSUPPORTED FACE WHEN A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK APPROX 12"X18"X1" TO EITHER EDGE THICK FELL FROM BETWEEN 2 BOLTS AND STRUCK EE IN THE LEFT S HOULDER. THE DRAW SLATE FELL FROM A PREVIOUSLY SUPPORTED AREA NOT IN THE IMMEDIATE UNSUPPORTED AREA TO BE BOLTED.
