EE WAS CLEARING A DRILL SITE. HE WAS USING THE EXCAVATOR TO MOVE A DOWN TREE ON A STEEP BANK ABOVE. THE FAR END OF THE TREE BECAME LOGED CAUSING THE ROOT BALL TO HIT THE EXCAVATOR CAB.
