Employee was operating a stone splitter. EE was using EE's right hand to push a piece of stone out of the splitter. At this time, EE's left hand on the controls accidentally dropped the splitter head onto EE's right middle finger resulting in a laceration and two fractures.
Employee was cutting stone on a radial arm flat saw resulting in a tear to right bicep muscle.
Employee was using end splitter machine to split stone during his shift, when Supervisor provided instruction on how to safely use machine. 15 minutes after instructions were given, employee struck his thumb with the cutting tooth of end splitter.
Employee was inside the crusher jaw "facing" the dyes with a sander and when he re-positioned himself the sander contacted his left leg just below the knee.
