THE EE WAS DOING MAINTENANCE WORK ON THE EXCAVATOR ENGINE. THE HOOD WAS OPEN ABOVE THE EE. AS ANOTHER VEHICLE DROVE BY, THE VIBRATION CAUSED THE HOOD TO DROP ONTO THE EE'S FINGER.
