THE INJURED WAS MOVING A BEAM USING THE BACKHOE BUCKET THE OPERATOR OF TEH BACKHOE MOVED THE BACKHOE BUCKET TOO RAPIDLY AND THE BUCKET STRUCK THE INJU IN THE CHEST AND KNOCKED HIM TO THE GROUND THE INJURED SAID HE WAS ALL RIGHT BUT WENT TO THE HOSPITAL TO BE CHECKED AFTER HE WENT HOME HE WAS FOUND TO HAVE BROKEN RIBS
