I.NAME WAS IN THE PROCESS OF SWITCHING 2 GATES FOR A PRODUCT CHANGE, AS NORMAL, HE STEPPED ONTO THE SEPARATOR TO GET A BAR. AS HE STEPPED, HIS RIGHT FOOT BROKE THRU THE METAL TOP OF THE SEPARA TOR. THE FAN BLADES CAUGHT HIS FOOT CAUSING THE INJURY. ALSO, WHILE TRYING TO GET HIS RIGHT FOOT OUT, HIS LEFT FOOT WENT THRU THE SAME HOLE, CAUSING LESS SERIOUS INJURY TO HIS LEFT LEG.
