WAS USING A JACK HAMMER ON THE GROUND UNDER THE CRUSHER IN HAMPDEN. UNHOOKED THE AIR HOSE FROM THE JACK HAMMER WITHOUT RELEASING THE AIR IN THE LINE OF THE HOSE. HOSE WENT HAYWIRE STRIKING UPP ER PART OF LEFT LEG. INJURING THIGH AND HIP.
