THE CREW WAS MAKING MODIFICATIONS TO THE SCREEN PLANT'S FEED HOPPER TO ACCOMMODATE A GRIZZLY. THESE MODIFICATIONS INCLUDED IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RAMP TO THE FEED HOPPER. THE CREW WAS INSTALLING CONCRETE BARRICADE BLOCKS TO SUPPORT THE RAMP FOUNDATION USING AN EXCAVATOR TO PLACE THE BARRICADES. THE BLOCKS WERE BEING PLACED SUSPENDED BY A CHAIN.
