EMPLOYEE WAS USING AN IMPACT WRENCH TO LOOSEN NUT ON CARRIAGE BELTS TO REMOVE CUTTING EDGE ON FRONT END LOADER. CARRIAGE BOLT SLIPPED WHILE BEING REMOVED AND SHARP EDGE CUT RIGHT HAND IN PALM AREA REQUIRING STITCHES.
