Employee was using an airlance for an extended time to help the flow of iron ore. The result was a strained left shoulder.
Employee was attempting to use compressed air to bow down some sticky material. He forgot to turn off the air cannons and opened up a 1" hole to put the air lance into. Just as he was inserting the air lance, the air cannon fired and blew hot dust out the hole knocking his face shield and glasses off his head. He got hot dust into both eyes. He has scratches on both eyes.
Ee was pulling on a slack cable and got his hand too close to a pulley. The pulley caught his glove and pulled his fingers in.
