INJURED WORKER WAS WELDING ON BACKIN OF WELDING TRUCK WHILE ANOTHER WORKER WAS USING CUTTING TORCH WHEN HE CAME TO A POCKET IN THE WELD IT SPLATERED AND FILLED INJURED WORKER WITH SPARKS AND S LAG GETTING INTO HIS LEFT EYE. INJURED WORKER HAD DR. CHECK AND REMOVE A PIECE OF SLAG.
