AT THE SAME TIME THE CUTTING TORC H WAS TURNED TOT HE SIDE IN ORDER TO TURN IT OFF. THE TORCH FLAME WENT ACROSS MR. MURPHY\S HAND CAUSING 1ST DEGREE BURNS ON THE TOP OF HIS LEFT HAND & 2ND DEGREE BURNS BETWEEN HIS FINGERS.
