EMPLOYEE WAS FINISHING UP A LUBE JOB ON A LOADER UTILIZING A GREASE GUN. SOME CAKED ON MATERIAL WORKED LOOSE AND FELL INTO HIS FACE AND EYES HE IMMEDIATELY WASHED IT OFF BUT DURING THE NIGHT H E EXPERIENCED PAIN IN HIS LEFT EYE SO HE WENT TO THE EMERGECY ROOM THE FOLLOWING MORNING.
