EMPLOYEE WAS GREASING SHOVEL LOADER. HE WAS GREASING AND THE SHOVEL MOVED AND PINCHED HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE GREASE ZIRK AND THE SIDE OF THE SHOVEL. THE EMPLOYEE'S FINGER WAS BROKEN. HE DID NO T KNOW IT WAS BROKE UNTIL 6-19-90 WHEN IT WAS X-RAYED. INJURY WAS REPORTED TO COMPANY ON 6-19-90.
