WHILE OPERATING A CRUSHER OPERATOR PLACE HIS HAND ON HAND RAIL A ROCK WAS THROWN OUT OF THE CRUSHER HIT THE LOADER BUCKET AND BOUNCED BACK HITTING THE OPERATORS FINGERS ONE FINGER WAS BROKEN A ND STITCHES WERE REQUIRED FOR CUTS ON THIS AND ONE OTHER FINGER A GUARD WAS IMMEDIATELY EXTENDED TO PREVENT RECURRENCE
