WHILE WELDING HANDRAILS, EMPLOYEE WAS STRUCK IN HIS LEFT EYE BY A WELDING SPARK. THE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING HIS WELDING HOOD AT THE AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT. AS A RESULT OF THE SPARK HITTIN GHIS EYE HE DID NOT TO GO TO THE DR AND HAVE IT REMOVED.
