INJURED NOTICED CEMENT WAS LEAKING NEAR FLANGE ON RUBBER HOSE. INJURED WAS WALKING TOWARD SHIP TO REQUEST SHUT DOWN SO THAT HE COULD TIGHTEN THE FLANGES. AS HE WAS WALKING TOWARD THE SHIP, THE RUBBER HOSE PULLED AWAY FROM SPLIT FLANGE & STRUCK INJURED IN BACK OF THE LEG KNOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND. INJURED STRUCK HIS HEAD ON THE CONCRETE.
