Showing all 7Employee was using a torch to cut bolts off the Primary feeder floor in overhead position. Hot slag dripped down into his glove causing a 3rd degree burn to the lateral side of left hand.
While using an impact wrench on a bolt, a piece of metal spun around and hit first finger on left hand lacerating finger. 12 stitches were needed.
