THE EE WAS INSTALLING ROCK BOLTS USING A MID-WESTERN DRILL. THE DRILL HIT A SLIP AND STARTED TO ROTATE SUDDENLY. THE EE CAUGHT THE DRILL AND FELT SOMETHING PULL IN HIS SHOULDER.
