EE SAID THAT HE TIRNED TO THE RIGHT WHILE SITTING IN HIS DOZER TO LOOK OUT THE DOZER WINDOW AND THAT HE BEGAN HAVING PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK, HE HAD BEEN OPERATING THE D10 FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, WITHOUT ANY PREVIOUS DISCOMFORT. HOSPITAL TREATED HIM FOR MUSCLE SPASM AND GAVE HIM A MUSCLE RELAXER AND TOLD HIM TO COME BACK TO WORK ON MON 7/22/02.
DOZER OPERATOR WAS PUSHING THE TOP ROCK FROM THE PRODUCTION SHOT ABOVE THE COLBURG SEAM WHEN HE JARRED HIS BACK, STRAINING THE LEFT SIDE. HE WAS WEARING HIS SEATBELT. HE FAILED TO REPORT THE I NCIDENT UNTIL THE DAY HE CAME BACK TO WORK.
