Showing all 5Employee was using a hand grinder to clean up bore holes for pin fitting, when a piece of debris went in behind safety glasses and entered right eye. Employee was examined and no debris was found in eye. Employee did receive prescription eye drops as treatment.
Employee states he was drilling 1/2" holes for eye bolts when the drill caught & twisted wrist. Employee received medical treatment & was placed on modified duty.
