Miner was on the plant clearing the roll box while the plant was running when a rock that was estimated 6 inches fell roughly 4-6 feet from the top deck and struck the miner. Miner was wearing a hard hat at the time and there was a witness that saw the incident occur. There was no open injuries or bruising.

Miner was cutting a sheet of plywood with a circular saw and the saw jumped and came across EE's leg. The cause of this was the guard was full of debris from the previous cut and did not properly inspect the tool.
