While operating a jackleg to install bolts, a miner felt a pop in his right knee. The work deck was level and clear of obstructions and tripping hazards. Primary contributing factor is recurrent injury to knee from other non-work related accidents.

The driller was operating a wire line core drill to retrieve a stuck core barrel. He tensioned the cable to free the stuck barrel when the sheave wheel dislodged from the mounting bracket and struck his right hand and the thumb joint.

The miner was using a jackleg to drill back holes in a scram drift. When he energized the leg he had his left hand on top of the machine which pinched his index finger between the machine and the roof.

The miner was slushing in the 371 Stope, when the handle of the slusher he was operating kicked back and hit him in the mouth splitting his upper lip.

Miner was collaring an up hole with a Jackleg Drill, with his right hand on top of the steel puller. His work glove became stuck to the drill steel, pulling his glove and hand into the steel puller, rapping his glove and hand around the drill steel.

Pulling a jackleg steel out of the hole, when it came out he pinched his finger between the drill and the leg.

The miner was bolting with a jack-leg when the steel caught. When it spun around he grabbed the machine and his thumb was pinched between the stops for the hammer and the leg. It cut and broke his thumb.
