Employee was using an impact wrench to tighten a bolt overhead on the screen. As the employee removed the impact wrench from the bolt, the socket came loose from the wrench and the socket struck the employee in the mouth. This resulted in one tooth being knocked out and injuries to two other teeth requiring dental procedure.
