Employee was operating a PC400 trackhoe getting a rock truck un-stuck. After getting the truck un-stuck the employee was moving the trackhoe out of the way when he ran onto a out-crop of rock causing the trackhoe to turn over on the side. The employee was able to get out of the back window of the cab. He complained of a sore neck.

The employee states he was climbing down the ladder of a track hoe. He had parked his service truck near the bottom of the ladder and left the fuel door open under the ladder of the track hoe. When he descended the ladder he struck the top edge of the fuel door. He sustained a small laceration on his left buttocks.
