While Bolting on off side roof bolter drill steel got full of dust. Operator while trying to get dust out of steel, the steel hit EE's right hand that was on Bolter Canopy and smash EE's index finger.

Showing all 3IE was trying to help operator get EE's steels out of EE's hole in the roof at the roof bolt machine. IE spun the steel slightly and IE's right glove became stuck causing it to twist IE's ring and pinky fingers on IE's right hand, resulting in fractures of both fingers. IE took self to the hospital and has missed no work.
Employee was putting up bolt and bolt bent. EE then spun the bolt around and the plate struck right forearm lacerating it.
