Showing all 3EE was pushing the drill steel to the roof. As EE let go of the drill steel when EE was starting the hole, the joy stick stuck in rotation and up pressure. The drill steel bent and came out of the hole spinning and struck EE in the right hand 3 times before EE could get away from it.
Employee was standing between #2 entry and #3 Entry in crosscut. Miner was loading Shuttle Car in Crosscut 2 Left when a rock came out of conveyor of Miner striking EE in lower right leg.
