HE LEANED OUT OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE CAB (RESON UNKNOWN) WITH THE HYDRALIC ARMS IN THE RAISED POSTION. THE A9M DROPPED AND PINNED THE EMPLOYEE AGAINST THE FRAME. HE LIFTED THE ARM OFF OF HIS BODY, SHUT OFF THE MACHINE AND WALKED APPROX. 20' BEFORE COLLAPPING.
